Last 30th of September, the Spanish Ministry of Transport clarified that the 44 tons, if one day they are introduced in Spain, will be limited to the Automotive Sector. And, as long as there will be a consensus between shippers and carriers.<\/p>\n

This explanation, communicated in writing from the Ministry, establishes that there will be no changes in the Works and Construction sector. The current limitation of 40 tons will be kept definitely in force in Spain, as in most European countries.<\/p>\n

Anyway, ROJO Trailer has been present for many years in France and Portugal, countries that implemented 44 tons. Our current European Homologation meets these technical requirements.<\/p>\n
