Aridos Los Linos Aggregates Co. based in Southern Spain city of Granada, has replaced its 10 steel tipper fleet by AluHard 450. With this move, it allows them to transport over 2.000 Kgs. more on each transport compared with their old round shaped tilting semitrailers.
AluHard 450 ensures the same endurance againts abrasion as a standard steel tipper but with just a 5.300 Kgs. total weight including folding rear bumper and top.
The improvement is made not only in productivity but safeness. AluHard 450 is equipped with EBS+RSP, return to ride position over suspension when tilting and the just launched alarm for exceeding tilting. This alarm awares driver when trailer is tilting in case the lateral tilting gradient is exceeding safety limits which could lead to an overturn accident.
