Adapted to the new Spanish 44-ton regulation, the axle group supports the 27 tons established by the latest General Vehicle Regulations. It is equipped with an intelligent suspension system that distributes the load primarily to the rear twin-wheel axles, up to the legal and technical limits. By minimising the load on the front axle, it also increases the load on the truck’s drive axle, ensuring maximum grip and traction.
And most importantly: it is short. Very short. For this reason, the front axle of the semi-trailer—positioned very close to the truck’s drive axle—is steering, allowing extreme turns without dragging or loss of trajectory.
This tipping semi-trailer delivers the manoeuvrability of ultra-short units and exceptional stability during tipping. In addition, with a 44-ton combination coupled to a two-axle truck, it allows you to legally transport 5 tons more than traditional two-axle tippers.
